Refund Conditions & Process
Advance Payment Refund:
Advance payments made for orders are generally non-refundable. However, if we fail to deliver the product within the committed timeframe, or if there is any issue related to logistics or inventory from our end, the refund process will be initiated and completed within 3 to 10 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., SSL payment gateway, Mobile Financial Services—bKash/Nagad/Rocket, or Bank Transfer).

Product Return & Verification for Refund
For Showroom Purchases:
For products purchased directly from an outlet, customers must first contact our support team. After returning the product to our care center and completing the verification process, the refund procedure will begin.
For Online Order Cancellations:
If a customer cancels an online order (pickup or delivery), the refund process will begin from the date of cancellation.
For Courier Deliveries:
If a product is returned via courier, the refund process will begin from the date of successful verification after the product reaches us and is deemed eligible for refund.
